Return Process

  Log into your Keydom account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
